WHAT CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE?

Any of the following can be completely customized to your course by emailing us what you would like added or removed.

PERFORMANCE TRACKING APP

You can have workers easily track green speed, moisture, clip volume, and firmness with our dedicated Tracking page. And save it as it's own little app. Navigate to the Performance page, then click Update Data which will bring you to the Tracking page. Send this URL to workers and have them add it to their home screen, which will install as an app for easy use in the field.

 

 

DASHBOARD USE

By default the software is laid out in a very vertical, mobile view. If you are on a desktop or laptop and want to use more screen real estate, click on the Dashboard link on the Home page. This will open the much larger version that will use your whole screen and contain every button in the software on one page. Plus a large 30-day Calendar for viewing your records and plans, and Quick Data Points.

 

 

 

RATES & TOTAL USED AUTOMATED

You can have the Application Log calculate either the Rate of App, Total Used, or Product Per Tank for a product automatically, depending on which field you enter.

 

Simply select the arrow button next to either field after one of the fields has been entered. You can also switch between units and areas with the convert button.

 

 

 

USING PLANNING FEATURES

You can easily save logs into the future to create your complete plan for a month or entire season. Just fill out logs and hit the "Save as Plan" button at the bottom.

 

Make sure that once an application has occurred that you convert that plan to an "application completed". This is done by editing the log and clicking the Application Completed button at the bottom of it.

 

 

 

PLAN BUNDLES

We have included pre-packaged "Bundles" from top companies and vendors. You can save time by adding these programs as future plans in a matter of seconds. Then just edit the logs as needed from there. Once you add one, check out any future totals in the reports, and you can delete them all out of your system in 1 click to try another one.

SUBMITTING YOUR DATA TO STATE

Your system is automatically set up to export any of the data required to submit to your state. Just follow this tutorial here >

 

 

 

PRINT LOTS OF LOGS AT ONCE

If you have forgotten to print out logs for your hard-copy government records, you can easily do it all at once and save a lot of time. Go to Export Data and select the Print Application Logs report. Then select what year and/or months you'd like to run and the report will provide all logs at once to print out.

 

 

 

REMIND YOURSELF TO REAPPLY

In the Optional Data Features section on the Application Log, you can set a ReAppy Reminder that will send you an alert when you want to be reminded to go out with a similar application. This is handy for when there is a large gap between applications for crabgrass or similar.
